All our staff members benefit from basic and supplementary accident insurance to cover occupational accidents as weil as long-term sickness.
Faculty and staff become part of above average insured pension plan for the whole salary (no coordination deduction) The employer contribution is 50%.
We offer a tuition benefit for dependent children of Faculty and teaching staff. The proportion of the benefit is based on the employee’s employment rate. Your children are always welcome with us.
Relocation Benefits / Support
We provide a relocation package for the incoming teacher for a welcome arrival and transition to Switzerland. We also give assistance in tax consulting and funds to attend a basic German language course, if taken within the first year of employment.
The school covers all costs for obtaining and renewing work/residence permits for faculty members.
Study Grants & Professional Development
ISR encourages the professional development of its faculty and, upon application and approval, offers financial assistance to promote further study, attendance at and participation in professional learning and development.
