Excellent education for the Rheintal region
January 18th, 2021 Buchs, CH - In a recently announced international comparison of IB schools (International Baccalaureate®), the ISR in Buchs ranks ninth among the international schools in Switzerland. This makes it one of the 50 best international schools with an IB programme in Europe.

International School Rheintal in Buchs enables students to receive an international education through the International Baccalaureate programme from kindergarten to grade 12. This private school, with instruction in English, is for internationally-minded families in the region and expatriate staff working in the Rheintal. ISR makes an important contribution to the recruitment of international staff for companies from the Alpine Rhine Valley region including the Principality of Liechtenstein, and St. Gallen. Around 75 percent of ISR parents have an employer from the region, about a third of which is HILTI. Many families with children at ISR live in Werdenberg communities, which is why the location in Buchs is positive for them.
