With hundreds of applications to work at ISR every year, we recruit, develop and retain a diverse, experienced, international faculty.
As a learning organisation, our staff also learn. We strive for improvement and engage in professional learning and development as part of the annual review process. Many of the staff are also trained to accredit and inspect other schools and sit on national/ international bodies for education.

Leadership Team
The school management consists of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Extended Leadership Team (ELT). The Leadership Teams are governed and supported by the school board.

The Board of ISR holds responsibility for the strategic development and long-term sustainability of the school as a non-profit educational institution and as an investment in the future of the Rheintal as a business and education hub.
